Begin with the first name. Scan the text for the first name. Be aware that names may be mentioned more than once in the text. Make sure you don’t miss any of them.
Read around the first name in detail and understand what the passage says about it.
Read the statements/ questions and underline important words and understand the meaning. At the same time think if the first statement is related to the first name, write the letter as your answer in the answer sheet.
While trying to find which statement matches the first name, you become familiar with the ideas in questions; it will take you less time when you match subsequent names.
